The story behind Immobilien Niederkofler
Immobilien Niederkofler was founded in 1948 by Dr. Emil Niederkofler and was the first real estate agency in the Pustertal at the time. The company was further developed and expanded by Mr. Geom. Dietmar Niederkofler.
Since 2019, Immobilien Niederkofler can also be found in Bolzano, our provincial capital. Since then, the branch has been managed by Dr. Octavia Niederkofler . After completing her law studies at the University of Cattolica in Milano, the sister of CEO Andrè Benedict Niederkofler first acquired professional experience in Milan and later at other real estate companies in South Tyrol.
After finishing his studies in jurisprudence in 2009, the master of finance and real estate and two years of work experience at an international real estate company in Hamburg, son Andrè Benedict Niederkofler took over the real estate agency in 2015.
2011 was opened our third location in Campo Tures.
2003 the Infopoint in Stadtgasse Brunico was opened.
2000, the first branch office was founded in Welsberg.
In 1989, the company moved to the Headquarter in Brunico, Galileo Galilei 6, and it is still located there.
Geom. Dietmar Niederkofler (left), after his graduation of high school in 1977, took over the real estate agency in 1979 and moved the company Headquarter in Brunico from Graben No. 4 to Stadtgasse No. 17.
